今回は、サーブ９−５エステートのハンドルをカラーチェンジ＆リペアです。
作業前です。
ステアリングとエアバックの色が合っておらず、
ツルツル＆テカテカが気になるとのこと
ついでに、小キズもお直しすることとなりました
早速作業開始です
まずはステアリングを外し、クリーニング
マスキングして
色合わせをした塗料で、ステアリングを
塗っていくのですが、
塗り方次第で、元々のレザーの風合いを
出すことができます
ある程度塗装したところで、エアバックとの色合いの
確認をして
ツヤを合わせる＆耐久性を出すために、
トップコートを塗ります
いい感じに塗れました
あとは、元通り車両に取り付けて完成です！
小キズも、ご覧の通りきれいに直りました
最初は張替えも検討されていたお客様でしたが、
カラーチェンジ＆リペアの方が安くすみ、
しかもこの仕上がりに非常にご満足頂けました
